I understand that this ticket is final sale, non-refundable, weather reliant, required for all ages 3 & up, and is valid for a single time entry into the farm during the 2024 Mainstay Solar Eclipse At The Farm Event. This admission ticket cannot be transferred/used towards any other Mainstay Farm season/event. Event may change depending on weather, availability or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of mechanical failure or inclement weather, Mainstay Farm may close attractions without notice.

By entering Mainstay Farm, you consent to your voice, name, and/or likeness being used, without compensation, in commercial film or photography in conjunction with Mainstay Farm advertising and all media whether known or hereafter devised, for eternity, and you release Mainstay Farm, its successors, assigns and licensees from any liability whatsoever. Agreement and Warning - I understand and acknowledge that an agritourism entity is not liable for any injury to or death of an agritourism participant resulting from agritourism activities under Texas Law (Chapter75A, Civil Practice and Remedies Code). I understand that I have accepted all risk of injury, death, property damage, and other loss that may result from agritourism activity.
